Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We offer $10 flat rate shipping within Canada and free shipping on orders of $100+.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Orders typically take between 2-12 days to arrive.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kidsisterskincare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please note that we cannot guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas. Orders typically take between 2-12 days to arrive but to ensure you get what you'd like before Christmas, we recommend purchasing from one of our stockists' physical stores. You can check out our stockist list here
